There are several purposes of the first call. Dr. Hennon will learn about your requirements and the nature of your case. You’ll learn more about him and how he will be able to assist you. And finally, Dr. Hennon can determine whether or not there is a potential conflict of interest if he were to accept the case.
Dr. Hennon is happy to recommend other consulting meteorologists who may be better suited for you. This may happen because of a conflict of interest or your requirements fall outside his area of expertise.
